- Bowery at Midnight: Professor Brenner is a kindly soup kitchen operator in the Bowery by day and the boss of a dangerous gang of robbers and murderers by night. After his henchmen get in trouble, the professor has no choice but to kill them and turn them into zombies
- The ape man: Conducting weird scientific experiments, crazed Dr. James Brewster, aided by his colleague Dr. Randall, has managed to transform himself into a hairy, stooped-over ape-man. Desperately seeking a cure, Brewster believes only an injection of recently-drawn human spinal fluid will prove effective. With Randall refusing to help him, it falls to Brewster and his captive gorilla to find appropriate donors
