- Summary
- Shane and Mark are two 18-year-olds stationed in Iraq. The platoon struggles to maintain an uneasy peace. When their popular company captain is killed by a roadside bomb, morale hits rock bottom. Acting on orders, they round up several suspects and events spiral out of control as Shane and Mark not only participate but pose with the detainees for personal souvenir photos. Returning home, the boys' world explodes when Shane's jilted girlfriend takes the photos to the police. The story hits the press, and the soldiers must decide whether to keep their secrets or tell the truth about the events of that fateful night
