Summary
Tells the story of children in Japan who must wear a "life band". When activated, it calls a paramedic. Children may activate the sound on their band when they feel threatened, bullied, abused or fear their abduction. Wearing these is compulsory during their primary education period. When a newly trained paramedic visits a school to inspect children's life bands, he meets a boy who activates his band all the time
